🔧 Technical Specifications
Piston top clearance: 0.001–0.00015 mm
Roundness deviation: max 0.001 mm
Hardness before final machining: 370–450 HBN
Nitriding depth: 0.15–0.25 mm
Hardness after nitriding: HV10 760–860 kgf/mm²
Material: specially selected 34MoCr11 steel (STAS 791-1988)
