The factory low-pressure fuel system is designed for daily driving, operating efficiently up to around 400 horsepower. However, due to limited space in VW Group fuel systems, the filter is located inside the pump basket and there is no built-in pressure regulator. The result? Under low fuel levels or during hard acceleration and cornering, brief drops in fuel pressure can occur — an issue especially noticeable on demanding setups.

Our solution improves flow, reliability, and functionality:
– Relocates the fuel filter outside the basket and replaces it with a high-flow filter
– Integrates a pressure regulator to keep the basket consistently filled
– Minimizes the risk of pressure drops under all driving conditions
– Ensures easy maintenance and lower cost, eliminating the need to replace the entire pump assembly

The factory control module and main pump remain in place, preserving OEM reliability. But when demands increase — whether for a tuned setup or track use — our system provides the right foundation to handle the extra fuel flow with stability and safety.

MQB 1100 PRO Kit

This kit is designed for applications that demand maximum fuel flow and reliability under extreme conditions.

It includes two pumps: one Walbro 450 and one Walbro 525 Hellcat, delivering exceptional fuel flow for outputs of up to 1100 horsepower.

This product is not manufactured by VIS MOTORSPORT.

The system fully utilizes both outlets on the pump cap, featuring an internal 10.5 mm feed line for maximum performance.

Additionally, the kit includes a larger-diameter fuel line up to the high-pressure fuel pump, with AN8 fittings, a billet fuel filter, and a special high-pressure pump cap (HPFP cap) with an AN8 outlet.

This is the ideal bolt-on solution for those seeking a ready-to-use system for racing conditions without further modifications.

The system also includes an external AN8 fuel line with an easily replaceable high-flow billet fuel filter. A high-strength metal fuel filter is installed, and an HPFP fuel cap is provided for complete sealing and secure connection.

The kit is equipped with two genuine Walbro pumps — a 450 and a 525 Hellcat from TI Automotive. Their operation is controlled by a pressure-based controller that activates the second pump only when needed. This controller is user-adjustable, allowing you to set the activation pressure according to your vehicle’s requirements and tuning setup. It’s the same proven technology used in our 900-hp system, ensuring lower operating temperatures and extended pump lifespan.
