Return Policy

At vismotorsport.gr, we strive for complete customer satisfaction by providing high-performance products selected with strict quality criteria. However, in accordance with European and Greek legislation, the following return conditions apply:

1. Return Acceptance Conditions

  • The product received is not the same as the one ordered.
  • The product is in excellent condition, unopened, unused, and remains sealed in its original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns of products whose sealed packaging has been removed or which have been used.

2. Return Procedure

  • Returns are only accepted after prior consultation with the company.
  • The customer must contact [email protected] and describe the issue before sending any product.
  • The return must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

3. Inspection Upon Return Receipt

  • Upon receiving the returned product, our team will conduct a technical inspection of the product and its packaging.
  • If it is confirmed that the product has not been used, the packaging is intact, and there is no damage or evidence of installation, a refund will be issued.

4. Refund

  • Refunds are made only via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • The processing time is up to 7 working days from the moment the product is received and inspected.
  • Any bank charges, fees, or exchange rate differences are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by the company.

If a product needs to be inspected due to malfunction or defect and may be covered by warranty, a technical inspection by the company is required first. Only if it is determined that the issue is indeed covered by warranty will a refund or replacement be issued. If the issue is not due to a manufacturing defect or if the product was not used in accordance with the instructions, the customer is fully responsible for all bank and shipping costs.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • An incorrect product was shipped due to company error
  • In all other cases, the customer bears the full cost of return.

6. Exceptions to the Return Policy

  • Products specially ordered for the customer
  • Products that have been used or installed
  • Products without original factory packaging
  • Parts that have been altered or damaged due to improper handling
